Focus
Berkeley Consulting's focused structure both ensures that each member gains from the organization and that our clients are provided with top-level results. BC simultaneously works with approximately four different companies on semester-long projects. Each case is assigned a small group of four to five consultants, including an experienced project manager that guides the team. A dedicated officer group also exists to manage accounts, coordinate internal and external events, and manage professional and technical issues.
Professional Development
BC provides its consultants with a variety of professional development resources. Our detailed training sessions feature speakers ranging from distinguished professors to industry experts. BC's impressive alumni base supplies invaluable mentoring for our consultants, as well as an inside edge in several fields. Networking opportunities are also quite broad, allowing members to create beneficial bonds in the professional world before even graduating from university.
Culture
"BC Love" is apparent in all aspects of the organization. Each individual project team tends to become quite close through semester long projects, but it is as a unified group that the organization is strong. Great friendships are created through various social events such as weekend retreats, outdoor activities, and dinners. The good will created through BC exists throughout the college experience and well beyond.
